W.E.L. was established in 1984 by Bill Litchford to provide industrial and environmental services in the Central Virginia area. It has evolved into a recognized environmental specialties company that provides a full range of environmental management and services to clients throughout Virginia and the surrounding Mid-Atlantic region.

With our corporate office located in Concord, Virginia, the growth of the company has continued with the opening of three additional regional offices located in Roanoke, Virginia, Lexington, Virginia, and Bluefield, West Virginia.
